Coșbuc Moot

We are a moot court, which is a simulation of a trial or arbitration, in which students compete on a case involving complex legal issues, acting as lawyers representing the applicant, the respondent or the parties of an arbitration and as judges, whose job is to provide a verdict to the trial.

Coșbuc Moot 2023 will have 4 committes : International Court of Justice, international Criminal Court, Supreme Court of the United States of America and a surprise committee. Therefore, the procedure might differ a bit from one committee to another, but we encourage you to take part in one of the aforementioned courts.
